The Analysis ToolPak is a free Microsoft Excel add-in program that provides tools needed to perform complex statistical, financial, or engineering analyses. 

To load the Analysis ToolPak, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click the File tab in the top left corner, then click Options.

2. Under Add-Ins, click the Analysis ToolPak, then click Go.

3. Check the Analysis ToolPak check box, and then click OK.

4. On the Data tab, in the Analysis group, you now have the option to click on Data Analysis, which will give you the ability to perform many complex analyses.
